Who can participate?
- VfE is for young people aged between 18+ years (mainly 18-30 years), preferably with a background in or knowledge of the YMCA Movement
- You do not need special qualifications - just a willingness to share your skills and talents with others. Practical experiences in youth work, social work, child care, youth cafés/open door facilities or camp work would be both helpful and desirable.
- Anyone with a willingness to participate in and share the Christian fellowship and leadership concepts expressed in the Challenge 21 Statement.
